OVERVIEW ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Martin Bauhofer Käserei GmbH is a traditional cheese dairy, that was founded in 1911. From the collection of the milk at the farmer to the final Bauhofer Allgäuer Emmentaler or Butter all steps are implemented in-house. After Swiss recipe we are manufacturing our excellent cheese. You will taste it!
The Bauhofer Allgäuer Emmentaler is available from Grated Cheese to the car wheel sized cheese - with a proud weight of app. 80 kg.

Since the beginning of 2016 we have a specialty cheese in our portfolio - the Bauhofer Allgäuer Emmentaler 1827 g. U.
This cheese matures six months and has an even more intensive taste.
